JOB POSTING - Technical Engineer - Pre and Post Sales

Enistic Canada is seeking a motivated self starter to help us manage and deliver on our sales growth.  This role will be varied and will keep the successful person on their toes.

Included in the mandate for this role will be:

Support our sales team in a pre-sales capacity

  • Assist with technical component of sales calls
  • Develop solutions and costing including sub-trades and complimentary costing/quotes
  • Provide documentation for inclusion in proposals
  • Execute site surveys

Post Sales

  • Pre-installation inspections
  • Coordinate all implementation activities
  • Manage inventory to ensure we have required equipment needed to meet our sales
  • Develop rate cards and standards for our –sub-trades
  • Develop, execute and maintain standardized documentation for all installations

Other

  • Develop technical training programs for: Sales team, resellers, installers
  • Assist with the growth of our business as required
  • Identify additional sales/revenue opportunities within clients
  • Develop relationships with clients, resellers, installers, partners
  • Become the technical guru

We see this as a foundational role for Enistic Canada and as such need the right person who is looking for various challenges and where no day will be the same.

This role will be based in Hamilton but will assist with our growth nationally.  Travel will be required.

Education/Credentials

  • We are looking for an individual who understands electrical distribution systems within commercial, industrial and institutional environments
  • We require a college or university graduate with CET with a focus on electrical, a BTech in Energy or comparable diploma/degree
  • A nice to have would be someone with LEED and/or CEM designations
